List of problems with this game

People have problems with this game since launch! There are many problems this game has to fix in order for it to succeed. I have made a list with all the problems I have discovered feel free to add your own. I will try to update this list based on problems I have found and strikethrough the problems that have been solved. I don't play this game that much anymore, but I will try to keep up to date on this forum!

PEOPLE CAN'T EVEN PLAY THE GAME CAUSE THEY CAN'T GET PAST THE LAUNCH SCREEN!

Gameplay:

Steering wheel support
Controller button remapping

No PvP
Performance uplift, fix unexpected stutter and freeze frames
Candy Pink Step underglow has the color red on the right side of a car (even the menu icon shows it)

Rainbow nitrous are white
We can't drive up the Jaws Valley Observatory

Inconsistent cop chases above heat level 3

Dumb AI driving off the road and standing still in the middle of intersections (is being worked on since march update it seems)

Drift parts don't drift better!

Selecting your car in the garage before it loads triggers the game to pick the wrong car

Can't shift up or down when engaging with the handbrake

Can't disable phonecalls after completing the story

Bribing the cops when downshifting in manual

Game doesn't seem to quit (it still does but it can take a while)

The whole steeringwheel turns when you drive in the Land Rover Defender

With dualshock4 on PC select button for opening the map doesn't work

Cinematic camera wiggle before a race (camera position is tied to the frontwheels)

Graphics:

FXAA doesn't work because of the stupid sharpening filter
TAA improvements or better AA in general like MSAA
Removal for PostFX such as Chromatic Abberation, Sharpening and Filmgrain. An on/off toggle can fix this.
Visual graphical glitches (blocky smoke and fire effect underneat car exhaust) "Search: Reving Audi R8" https://youtu.be/JAfZ4sCjCgg?t=346 (should be fixed not 100% on that)
Minecraft looking bushes after texture quality has been changed (See a temporary solution to this problem below)
LOD popping (is being worked on since march update it seems)

Remove scratches on cars for photomode (See a temporary solution to this problem below)
Pixelline between day and night menu when leaving the garage

Texture filtering any quality option seems broken (See a temporary solution to this problem below)

Technical:

Unexpected earrape on launch "cause by rivatuner or ultra low latency mode maybe both combined" (after Januari update I have no confirmation of this happening) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H_LjDZR808Y
Tekst decals on cars becoming larger when launching the game on another device with lower texture quality
Item sync issues
Progress lost

Money lost

Reduce loadtimes for harddrives (See a temporary solution to this problem below)

Windowed (borderless) window will always be infront

OBS needs better compatibility with this game. The game sometimes does not show up when playing in fullscreen. When tabbing out of the game the game will resize and certain game text will not show up. https://streamable.com/5lx5g

When game is out of focus game becomes in a weird 1280x720 windowed state

Flickering with certain fullscreen resolutions

This game has potential I hope you guys can see this
Make the game in a good working state so I can recommend it to my friends
Give the game a discount
Some extra content to enjoy 😉
Be a bit more open to your fans who want to see this game succeed 😉

Here is a temporary fix for the scratches in Photomode!

Drive to the nearest gas station and come back to location. In daytime you can also go the nearest race swap your car for another in your garage, swap the car again and drive back to location.

Here is a temporary fix for the loadtimes! (NOTE: This will only work if your game is installed on an HDD!)
1. Install the program defraggler link: https://www.ccleaner.com/defraggler
2. Right click on your games installation folder and Defraggler > Defragment

Here are two temporary fixes for the texture problems!

- Restart the game and the minecraft bushes are gone! This same trick works for changing the texture filtering quality ingame!

- This fix is optional but might result in better texture filtering than ingame. Go to your graphics control panel and set Anisotropic Filtering to 16x and Texture filtering - Quality to the Highest available option.
