Loading screen glitch

I’ve just purchased Need for Speed Payback digitally through the PlayStation store. I come on to play today and I have gone past the screen we’re you pick which difficulty you want to play. After that the screen pops up with a loading red loading bar. The bar reaches the end and doesn’t load or do anything I’m just stuck on a screen with a full bar and music in the background what do I do?
