Locked out

Trying to play need 4 speed on ps5 and keep getting RESET YOUR PASSWORD screen. The account is linked to a email that I no longer use and a password long forgotten. I’ve tried to create a new account...

    No one here can help you with this problem, you need to contact EA Support, only Support can resolve account issues.

    • The link to EA's Support is here.
    • In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".
    • Click on "See all Help Topics"
    • Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
    • Click "Continue without logging in"
    • Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us" 
      (EA help Guide.)
