Logitech G920 Not Detected on PC with G HUB Installed

Need For Speed Heat is NOT recognizing my Logitech G920 Wheel on the PC (Windows 10 64-bit) even after the January update that adds wheel support. I am running Logitech G Hub version 2020.1.31155. The wheel is detected, in G Hub, is detected and tests OK under the Windows Game Controller app. But the game refuses to recognize it. Only an Xbox controller rather than a wheel shows up under the game's settings.

I have tried different USB ports, uninstalling and re-installing both Origin Client and the game.

Any suggestions on how I can get the game to see the wheel?

    @NJZGuy

    Disconnect any and all other USB devices, controllers, outboard drives etc. and retry.

    Let us know if you are then able to play, thanks.

    I finally got it working by uninstalling and re-installing Logitech G Hub.

    Thanks!

  • @NJZGuy  Thank you for posting. I'll try that on the weekend. You would think the programmers at EA/Ghost could figure this out.....

  • @NJZGuy It worked! Thank you! I uninstalled and reinstalled the G-Hub and it finally worked. Thank you, thank you, thank you..... 🙂
