Looking for active Xbox 1 crew

Waddup drivers! I'm looking for an active crew on Xbox 1 for a better online experience.

I've completed the game, currently the leader of my crew, overall top ranked and one hell of an earner for my crew. 

Unfortunately I've not once been able to burn rubber with a wingman cause they're never online. 

My crew is close to lvl40. 10 to go so I can basically smell the cherry red on that Ferrari!

I would like to join an interactive crew close to, or already at lvl50. (Xbox1) 

Alternatively... Send me your gamer tag and I'll invite you to my crew.
