Lost account progress

I played this game for around 25 hours and all my progress has been lost(Cars, Levels and etc). I played through Steam, so please help me
need for speed heat

    Hey @KoreanSuperGuy 

    To confirm, Progress is saved locally for NFS Heat, if you reinstalled Windows and did not back up your save to something like Onedrive or a USB stick there would not be another method to restore the progress.

It's kinda weird, isn't it? My achievements have been saved in the Steam app, but the progress is not saved in the server cloud and I must save it on an external device.
