Lost all money and cars (PS4)

I was playing need for speed heat on ps4, game crashed, had to re-open game and when I launched and loaded in, I was sent back like 5 rp levels, lost cash and my car that I had brought. I've been set back atleast 4 hours worth of progress 

Very disappointed and frustrated how this game not been optimised properly, I lost saved game data aswell. Game been glitching, buggy and crashed multiple times every 10-20mins. I lost so much valuable time trying to enjoy this game. I want full refund from psn store if this continues.

it has potential but these issues should’ve been tested pre-launch.

You should head back to your main garage, it should save it and copy saved game data on usb stick or via psn plus cloud. Just incase game crashes and you had to reinstall game. I’ve been having multiple crashes every 10-20mins and now I’m tired of this bs and reinstalling it. If it continues to crash I’m going to ask for refund from psn plus. 

this game is not been optimised. A lot been experiencing the same problem.

1. I also have lost my cars and money due to saying that I said yes also to join my friend. My rank (34) has gone back to 33 and keeps going from full to halfway through 33. I lost my sti, wrx hatch, my m3, 4 of 7 cars I own, as well as about 80k in cash. I hope that these are being seen, very irritating when you want to play a game but don’t because all you do in the game just for it to get swiped away and it’s gone. Please look into this and give the accounts reported to this issue their progress back. I also have images of my progress if needed.

Hey, had the same problem on PC. Rep level 50, about 25 cars, millions in the bank and most of the high heat parts unlocked. Now after trying to join multiplayer, I have a stock 180, everything besides my rep level has been reset, No more parts, no cash, none of my other 24 cars. Games been running kinda crumby as well from the start, I really wish someone could figure out a fix for this, I dont want to grind everything out again.

Same here... I just sold a car and was in the middle of customizing another when I closed down the game to eat, just hopped on and logged in fine but the car I sold was still there and the one I was doing up hadn't been touched I shrugged it off thinking it just didn't save and continued from there but right in the middle of customizing a get a pop up saying purchase failed when i try to buy a visual part? So I quit to lobby and relogged to try and fix it then I get the same message "local data is different to online" so I selected yes and after a really long loading wait all my cars were gone, over a million dollars gone, my character is some random avatar and a default 180sx? All I've got is my story progress and my rep lvl? Wtf I'll be refunding is this isn't fixed soon.

I got the same message pop up and i clicked yes as that was the only option on my screen and my game was fine then it happened again while upgrading my car and then i lost all my cars and money but im still max level. I lost all deluxe edition cars aswell as car bought through game progression and around 600k in cash. I really hope this gets fixed and i get my stuff back.

Same here I’ve lost 4 cars all the upgrades and all my cash. Please fix this EA it’s a cool game but not when my hard work just disappears
