The best thing for you to do is to contact a game advisor (the nice folks over at EA support) for more help with this. There’s nothing we can do on the forum Answer HQ to fix lost ingame content issues like this.
You need to contact EA/Origin support for more assistance. They will be able to assist you further for this issue you are having.
Follow these steps:

Contact a games adviser any time using this following link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
1) Click on your game or search if it isn’t listed.
2) Select a topic for the best results.
3) Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
4) Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
5) Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an adviser.
