I was playing need for speed payback today and my power went out a few mins ago and now i have to restart my game from the beginning

If you open a support ticket you may be able to get those back. I don't believe anything can get done here on forums, but the packs should be replaced. IMO.

Same thing happened to me. I was rep lvl 50 and I had way more than 100 hours on the game and now it's all gone.

So this simply cannot be fixed. All of my progress was saved Online. I'm on ps4 so this isn't my fault, the game crashed and boom, everything is gone.

As isn't going to do anything about it either spent an hour an the phone with them for nothing. And worst of all they say that this isn't a known issue

Same thing happened to me. To make matters worse, After playing back through to get the main part of the game open, my deluxe edition cars were there, but the shipments were all gone.

To confirm - I don't think we will be able to restore lost progress. You can however check the Game Properties -> Cloud Saves tab in Origin to see if there's anything for you to restore.

What about for on Xbox One? Does it have separate save files or does it just rewrite? This has happened to me twice now :/ Is there a patch on the way to add better auto save features or more stable save files?
