Lost campaign progress

So I got the Deluxe Edition and played this game for 10 hours straight. I paused my game and tried to browse the PS Store, but my console crashed while browsing. I restarted my console but now I lost my campaign progress. I checked my saved data and I only have "Wrap Data" which is for the custom decals. I still have my progress trophies.

I filed a ticket but the support only suggested to post my concern here so that EA's community manager notices this. So what do we do now?

    YOU DO NOTHING as obviously no one form EA has commented or suggested any resolution. I've even contacted EABERRY with a direct email and have not received a response. A good game with no support with people afraid to play as their progression will be lost!!!!
