I pre ordered a deluxe version of need for speed on PS4.
the game just crashed and now I have lost my deluxe car.
please sort this problem out

so i played NFS from the 1st hour it came out and i only had a problem now,what happened is this:i was playing the last race of the game "i suppose" with a Nissan Skyline.Something happened in real life which made me close the game (because it didn't have a pause option).after i finished what i'm doing i returned to open NFS just to find out that my skyline only had the paint i chose which was black which turned to blue when i checked my saved wraps.so the skyline is a stock.wraps,bodywork and the performance upgrades is gone + my upgraded deluxe BMW gone too.no idea what happened.

Can you please shut down your console, restart it and try again? Please let me know if that worked for you. If you could provide us with any screenshots when you get back in and the issue persists, that would be even better.

i already did restart my ps4 as they told me to do that on twitter.

I appreciate your help Tom,but i gave up on the skyline for now and got myself a nice RX7.as for the skyline i will wait for a solution if there is any or i will just build it again.I'm cool with both situations 🙂

Hello, My Need For Speed is a PS4 version, and the problem I got is after an error for the application, I lost my car which is just bought, and this made me frustrated with this game and don't want to play anymore since that new car is a Aventador, I really saved money for a long time. So please fix this problem or maybe get me back the car. Yours sincerely, Mike
I just had the same problem. I was playing for few hours. Bought an m3 e92, and then during the race I had "connection problem" message. And then I was kicked out from game. And when I logged in again I lost my new car and the money. Fix this problem, because I don't want to play this game anymore. PS4
When i played my need for speed 2015 and suddenly i lost connection to need for speed and everything i customized got lost on my nissan skyline (1999) and i lost my money too. I have in total lost around 40 000$ in the game. i hope you kan look at this and help me. I cant upgrade my car with the same customization, if I try it will tell me that it could`t save the changes.

first of all, great game, quite enjoying it! Have found one major problem though...
When I lose connection to the server for whatever reason, I reconnect and a lot of my previous progress like modifications etc is gone and does not reload. Can't buy it back either, it just says purchase not possibly (in German).
Bit annoying, hoping itll be fixed soon!
