Lost CD but have CD key

Hi I have a small problem I bought a game a long time ago and i can't seem to find the CD I have the box and the CD code but I changed pc and the game is not installed! what should I do? I payed for it and I should be able to play it even with no CD!! The game is not the one refered up top but Need For Speed Undercover which belongs to EA still!
