lost game progression

Hello EA i was starting up Need For Speed Payback on PS4 yesterday and all of a sudden it had to update what the update was for i dont know but when i started it up my game progression was gone... i...

    Hey @ItzJustDutchie 

    I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but we do not storage players' save files on our side ☹️ If the save files somehow got deleted from your local device, we don't have any means to restore them.
