Lost gold, currency, and player lvl

I also face the same problem. All game data lost. The updates sucks. All levels, gold, cars and credits losts.

@limweekoon please try to download your data since setting.. If you dont have your game, then try to logged out From your center game... If your couldnt see your game, then Send a ticket Support and EA gonna solve your problem

Ive done it several times already...its been 4 days already,but still received any respond nor problem solve...

Don't worry... I spent a few hundred pounds and my game just reset to 0 a few days ago and I lost all chances to go high in the tournament as I had the razor car upgraded to 700 rep... and so on. * YOU EA GAMES and * YOU * MONKEYS?
After some customer spends so much on your * how do you expect us to just sit back and patiently relax???

Your lost gold, currency, player level, and etc was caused by the newest game update. Apparently this update involved multiple changes to the core game files which in return made the game not compatible with your cash, gold, visual currency, player level, and overall game progress and cloud save which would cause the game to crash during start up. Therefore the most efficient and effective solution they came up with was to reset the cloud and put everyone back at the beginning and start everything all over but with a nice bonus of currency for the game.
