Lost my save game

Hello,I write about the same thing. Please help me! Last week I updated the Need for speed no limist game and I lost my save game. I don't understand why. I am 81 level and I don't want to start it again. I wrote for them who you offer but I didn't get answer.Please help, and restore my game.I am waiting your answer.Best regards,Emőke
