Lost Newly Purchased NFS Rivals CD Key

Respected Sir/Madam,

        I purchsed a new CD copy of NFS Rivals. I have installed it along with Origin in my PC.When i tried to run NFS Rivals I was asked for Product Code by Origin.But I lost the CD box that contains the Product Code.Can I get a new Product code for running NFS Rivals in Origin at free of cost?

    I bought the game from a store I have installed and I wasen't need for product key it was working but I reinstal the windows and I forget my account. now I make a new account and it ask me for product code. What can I do because I don't have it on box game
