Lost Progress. How do I get it back!?

Hi Guys

I recently reinstalled my NFS Rivals on PC and when I loaded it up all my progress was gone! I logged onto the NFS network to see if my stats were there and it said cop level 21 and racer level 17. Now I log back into the NFS network and everything is back to level 1!! It says I've played 12 hours but I'm level 1!? What the hell. Why doesn't it load up my progress when I log into the game?

Similar experience, I feel your pain. Mine is a bit worse condition. Origin told me that you can't get your older progress back on xbox 360, probably the same with pc.
