Lost serialnumbers

I lost my serial number to Shift 2 Unleashed in a computer crash can EA find my serialnumber again or give me a new serial I really don't wanna buy the game again.

Some cutscenes have not dialogue sound and subtitles and news cutscenes have stuttering sounds.
