Lost the cars that come with deluxe edition

I previously purchased the NFS Heat deluxe edition while it had some discount in the PlayStation store. I played for a few weeks and everything was well. Fast forward a couple months, I log back into the game and I can no longer use the card given to me with the purchase of the deluxe edition. It’s like the deluxe edition stuff were just taken away and locked in my garage. Hope to get the problem resolved!
