Lotus Exige S '06 doesn't allow decal on one side skirt while the other does

Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? McQueens Circuit Race though this should be irrelevant.
Was it a day or a night event? Night Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do as I did in the screenshots that should be included on this, just expand a large decal on the bottom sides of the car and you'll notice the bottom doesn't convert on the left side.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't keep my car painted symmetrical when it should be able to, unless I'm missing something and the side skirts are different somehow when you can't change them on the Lotus.
What do you expect to see? Either the bottom skirts both painted or both not.
