M3 vs M3 GTR

Is there any actual difference between M3 and M3 GTR IN the game?And also if i have the standard edition how can i get the GTR that was given on the deluxe edition?

    as far as i know performace wise there's no difference between the M3 E46 and the M3 E46 Deluxe (it's not a real GTR, it only has the GTR-Bodykit, which should be available for the normal M3 E46 as well)
