Mazda Rx-7 Not in payback?

Question

So despite it being in the OFFICIAL CAR LIST I can't find it in any of the dealerships or anywhere. Is it a DLC car? Or is there some special way of unlocking it so that it appears? I am EXTREMELY frustrated with this as I have seen videos of people customizing it on youtube.

Chill.f8rge on Reddit confirmed they ARE in the game, and ARE coming in a patch soon.
