Microtransactions

Today Raycevick released a video on NFS: Heat that instantly made me want to buy the game. And EA would get my money, if only I didn't watch it till the end. The video is a little old news, Raycevick presented it as if microtransanctions were coming in the next update, but it seems like "time savers" are already there. I have no hope microtransanctions will ever be deleted from the game, I think nobody has ever done it, especially not EA. Its probably a good financial decision, so, it is how it is, nothing can be done.

I don't really have principals, so there's really no logical reason for me not to buy the game. But as Raycevick said, it's always a choice. You chose to add "time savers", my choice is to refuse buying Heat, while microtransactions are in place. I don't know, maybe I'll see you next time.

    Thank you for the feedback.

Raycevick generally has very interesting videos, this is the video for those interested.

That's understandable.  Personally; of all of the issues that I have with NFS Heat, micro-transactions are not one of them.

Aside from the Deluxe edition costing a little more vs the Standard edition, there has only been one time-saver micro-transaction in NFS Heat, and even the time-saver only costs $5.  They (Ghost Games) are not giving in-game cars a buy with money option; They're not selling rep boosts, cash boosts, nor any boosts.  So for me, a time-saver is nothing that I would even remotely consider getting upset over.

Edit:  Fixed my grammar a bit, must've been tired.
