Missing Content from Need For Speed Payback Deluxe Edition

So My Friend bought NFS Payback Deluxe Edition when he bought the game and all he received was the shipments from it. he didn't get the Platinum car pack (platinum blue underglow, tire smoke, or N20 colour) he also didn't get the free cars, the mini cooper, the Infiniti q50, the speedcross story expansion, the money and rep boosts and everything else that comes with it.

could you please help him get all my items? he plays on ps5 and his IGN is Killerhamstrlogz
