Missing dlc content in nfs pro Street

Platform is the Xbox 360 The Energizer lithium extender pack is missing After the game loads an option of downloading the free dlc and when I do it's blank Ea added that dlc pack Come to find out it was taken down It would be nice if ea add the content again so that I would be able to download it without any hesitation
