Missing .dll file issues

I recently found a copy of the original need for speed most wanted the 2005 release.I installed it and was running the program Until i had to do a system restore because of a bad file i downloaded.I reinstalled the game But now it wont function i am getting an error thet says it can't find file d3dx9.26_dll.Is there anyway that i can find that file?Would you please e mail me with any information about this.Thank you.
