missing flamingo

Product: Need for Speed Heat Platform:Microsoft XBOX One Summarize your bug i’m going for 100% completion and i have all but one flamingo. i looked up where it’s supposed to be but it won’t come up...

I had the same exact problem, but it was at a different location though

The location of the last Flamingo is located at Frontera Hills with my Ferrari FXXK Evo and I went to the spot where it's supposed to be but the Flamingo isn't showing at all
