I know this game very very old. Checking eastore.ea.com from archive.org came across it on the site dated 2005, not 2006 or there was again but dont captured.
Anyway where buy digital copy? When come origin or steam? or never? It is best game and missed. This is hard :/

Actually, NFS Most Wanted 2005 was never made available on Origin. It could only be bought from retail with physical copies.
