Most wanted and hot pursuit autolog down

Hi EA, multiple people have reported that autolog connections for both most wanted and hot pursuit are NOT working.

We do not need troubleshooting advice on how to connect. This is a server side (EA) problem that needs to be fixed. Multiple tickets and reports have been made and closed without any resolution.

It seems you are not planning on fixing the issue, but it would at least be nice to have some communication or acknowledgement.

At least for now I am avoiding any EA titles because online functionality and support cannot be trusted.

    @mahi4461 Servers "Need for Speed - Most Wanted" are working, I mean the PC version. As for "Need for Speed - Hot Pursuit", the servers of this game have not been working since the beginning of May. I think they closed and no one was notified. Such was the case with Need for Speed - Undercover, the servers of this game were closed back in 2018, when the notification of their closure was only last year. EA does not fulfill its obligations to ordinary users very well.
