What mouse are you using ? USB Logitech
Do you a mouse/touchpad or some other input device ? (or both) ? only mouse and keyboard
What symptoms are you seeing exactly ? mouse in Windows 10 = OK, mouse in NFS Rivals => mouse disappears

Could you try running your system in a clean boot to see if there is a software conflict? Additionally, make sure that via Control Panel, Mouse, you turn off the Pointer Trail.
