Movie Legends Pack - Shelby GT500 not unlocking (PC)

hello. i have a major issue with the Shelby GT500.

the first time i initiated the race, i got second place and lost. so of course, the Shelby GT500 didn't enter Freedrive for me to take him down. i played the race again, and i did indeed beat him. he appeared in Freedrive, but i didn't see the arrow for him on the map. naturally, i took him down as it did play the cutscene saying he can be taken down. however, it did NOT show up in EasyDrive like it said, and my record for the Shelby GT500 Most Wanted Race is still Silver, not Gold. any help?
