I just bought the game.
When i join multiplayer, seems i am desync with other players.
Since my friend see me in a place but i am not there, and i see him in another one, but i am not there.
All ports are opened and NAT is open, PC is running fine the game.
So i dont understand why i cant play with other players since i see them always stopped somewhere, in free world and in races.
So this is not pretty funny to play...
Any idea?

Remember that you are not syncing to the game world, instead it is constantly updating. Therefore your internet connection needs to be fast enough to handle the constant stream of data.

DICE TeamWhat is your current internet speed? It is hard to give an exact number that would or wouldn't work with the game - the stability of your internet connection is also still an important factor in how the game will run.
I have 15 Mb/s download and 1 Mb/s upload, stable connection, I have no problems in any another game. I have done every thing in Your links (another posts too) nothing help ☹️.
