I have installed this patch about a dozen times and it constantly asked me to install it. I threatens me that I cant play fully online without it. Since there is no way to write the giant company an email and I dont want to wait 30 mins for a live chat I'm asking here. Can a CM please respond to me. Thank you.
Ive had the same problem but I came up to a guy who had come up with a solution and this is what he did:
1. Go to the storage device on whatever system u have and go to need for speed most wanted
2. Delete both the multiplayer update and the limited edition pass
3. Start up the game again and download the update
4. Once u downloaded the update, exit the game and go to the home screen on whatever system you have
5. Go to download history and re-install the limited edition pass
6. Once it is installed, start up the game and the update should not appear again
I have tried this and it works and a lot of other people have said this solution works for them as well. Hope this helps 🙂
