my account has been disabled on need for speed payback but i don’t know how to g

my account has been disabled on need for speed payback but i don’t know how to get it off. i want to play online with my friends but it won’t let me. i did nothing wrong someone help

My EA account also says it's disabled, 
Says i need to reset my password.
I've reset my password, signed into the ea account and there is no way for me to link my playstation account ot the ea account, all my friends are playing without me and my shipments are locked. Can someone help?
