Im currently having this problem too. Ive reset my password, it didnt work. changed it, didnt work. Emailed EA and after the 2nd time i emailed them, they answered after a couple days telling me to go here to find some live customer support which is apparently nowhere to be found. Point is, ive tried everything, nothing works. Ive been stuck on offline halfway through nfs heat and now this game
Community AdminHi, if a standard password reset doesn't work, usually there's an account mixup, and folks are resetting the password on an EA account other than the one linked to the console account.
What you can do is go to help.ea.com and log in with the console-specific login option.
This will let you get onto the EA account which is linked to your console account. From here you can try a reset again, or contact support.

I’m using the PSN method to try to access my old account but it’s still telling me that my credentials have expired. However I am unable to update them since I lost access to the Email that I set up the EA account with due to inactivity.
