my account has been disabled on need for speed payback but i don’t know how to g

my account has been disabled on need for speed payback but i don’t know how to get it off. i want to play online with my friends but it won’t let me. i did nothing wrong someone help

Hi, if a standard password reset doesn't work, usually there's an account mixup, and folks are resetting the password on an EA account other than the one linked to the console account. 

What you can do is go to help.ea.com and log in with the console-specific login option.


This will let you get onto the EA account which is linked to your console account. From here you can try a reset again, or contact support.

@EA_David can you just undisable my account for me? your telling me the same thing the game is telling me. is there anyone i can call or talk to?
