my content has gone missing on nfs hot pursuit how can i do?

My content has gone missing how can i do to get it back?

That is strange..

Like I mentioned, sadly, we will be unable to restore any lost progress. However, I did find a topic that might offer some additional information that can be of use to you:

We are unable to restore content in Need for Speed games. But can you tell me what exactly has gone missing?

@Straatford87 I have lost my rank on both cops and racers and my bounty. All my cars and basicly everything. But i dont know what i should do to not lose content next time...
