My Limited Edition Code not working

Question

I just bought the game 2 days ago. I bought the limited edition and it came with a code. I tried entering the code on the PS3 and on the computer. All it says is &nbsp;that it's invalid or it has been used before. After I saw that I tried going online to see if it worked but it still said I needed to put in a code. And the same message popped up. I tried different methods in the PS3 and on the Origin website. My account was already synced with my PSN account. I don't know what's happening here. If this doesn't work, is there any way to get a new code for free?

your best bet is either return the game or contact ea support. Good luck with ea support. I have the same problem with the run and they have been looking into it for almost a week.

Where do I contact them? Whenever I try, it just brings me to these forums.

Click on help at the top. Then type in the game. Then select what kind of problem you have. next click on game system in use. Then at the bottom select CHAT. I'm sorry if my directions arent very good. They should lead you to what you seek though. Goodluck
