let me give you a big guide

    1. clean unused software

    2. install your game on ssd

    3. adjust your power setting to high performance

        go to control panel

type in the search bar "power"

        then click on power options

    4.defrag your hard drive

there  is a lot of defragmantion softwares to use but the recommended is O&O defrag

    5.clean junk files

best way to clean junk files is using software like glarysoft utilities    advanced systemcare    avg pc tuneup    windows 10 manager     auslogic boostspeed

        EVEN    Windows Disk Cleanup

but there is a folder to cleanup

        press win + r

        type "%temp%" and press enter

        clean anything you see

(If there is an error like (can't delete because it is used by another software) ignore it)

        again press win + r

        type "temp" and press enter

        clean anything you see

(again If there is an error like (can't delete because it is used by another software) ignore it)
