Myself and some friends are also having difficulties getting the game to launch on the one x. When it does launch we're getting booted back to the dashboard repeatedly.

I’m having the same issue! It sucks becuase you can’t get a refund or switch out the game for something else.

I just downloaded the game it loads them I accept the EA Privacy policy and enter my email the it starts to load plays background music and freezes then kicks me to Home Screen
