Verify that your payment has successfully processed by going to http://origin.com/ and clicking the Customer Service link at the top of the page. - History on Origin client or website
Only your Origin.com purchases will be visible on this site, and orders made through the Origin Client can be viewed from within the client itself by clicking on Help in the top menu, then Order History. - Email
An email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Have you received this email?
Please check your spam or junk folders. Standard shipping takes 3-4 days, and Expedited shipping takes 1-2 days.
i didn't get an email with tracking and my order history is still blank. All i know is that it shipped

now i have a tracking number and my order history finally updated. But once unfortunly even though tracking number is available its still not active yet and i dont know where my package is Once that works ill be done complanning on the forum lol, and i will say solved.

Did you receive any other email or information regarding your purchase? Can you try again to locate the game with the tracking number if you did not receive it yet? - Thank you.
