The same thing happened to me - for my case, the profile, money, and characters are staying exactly the same but I cannot access the online feature.
Any solutions came up to the Error code 40010000?
Edit: Mine got reset also :/

@Capitao_Vacilo We gotta wait for the devs to fix this horrible error as it is associated with a server issue.
