Need 4 Speed Rivals keep getting disconnected from current game

Need 4 Speed Rivals keeps  disconnecting me from current game in middle of pursuit. Its really annoying. I mean I pay $60 bucks for the game and it doesn't work. How can I get a refund for a non work...

If you change your settings to a private game that shouldn't happen but obviously you won't see any other human players.

Not  a very good solution as it doesn't fix the problem. Why does EA make a game that can be good, then ruin it with horrible servers?
