NEED FOR SPEED - SHIFT QUESTION

Hiyas...

I am going retro and blasting through Need for Speed SHIFT and SHIFT2 on my PC.

I encountered an odd thing:  at level 10, 20, and 30 (so far) I was awarded a vehicle (ie: at 30 it was a Ford Terlingua Mustang) and these rewards have never appeared in MY CARS or in the CAR LOT....any clue what's up with that?
