Hello,
I recently finished the final event to do with the story called On The Dream Team. Whilst watching the end game credits I got kicked back to the main menu because of server maintenance. When I loaded back into the game, it played the cutscene again and credits but didn't unlock the Ultimate Icon achievement.
What do I need to do to unlock the achievement now?
I am playing on version 1.6.0.0 on Series X console.

Oh it sucks to lose achivments due to failed cutscenes or maintainence. Hope it sorts itself out or you get the help needed soon! Best cheers!
