Need For Speed 2015 cant add modifications or wraps ps4

Hi, anytime i try and buy a new mod for my car or change the paint, i get an attention box that pops up saying Attempt to save customization failed. but will put the part on and then when i leave the garage it takes all the parts off. Anyone else having this issue? if so how can i resolve the problem, would like to get on with the game.

Some more info, Playing on the PS4, using a disc not downloaded version.

I am having serious problems when modding cars in the garage. I brought the game yesterday and it was working fine first of all. I made a few modifications to my car and that was that perfect. Next time when I went into the garage, I spent about 20k on modding my BRZ. I left the garage and then drove around for a bit. I went back into the garage and it reverted my whole car back to stock! I then rebooted my PS4. once rebooted my car went back to the first lot of modifications I done. probably about 3ks worth. But not the 20ks worth! So basically I have lost 20k. Now since this issue I am getting an error message when buy and installing parts:

'Attempt to save customization changes failed'   (see attached photo)

Game doesn't even seem to be working properly at all now. I am getting really angry with it. Seems like a waste of money buying this game now ☹️  I am a massive nfs fan and I have played almost every game that has been brought out.

Any chance a patch update could be released to fix this issue... it would make me really happy. - it would make the game perfect!

Another thing is that I ranked up to level 11 and when I restarted my PS4 it said I was only level 7.... could this be fixed too

it would be great to get back to me as I know loads and loads of people are experiencing the same problem.

NOTE: stable internet connection of 20mbps download and 5mbps upload. Constant ping to internet too. Wireless is not dropping out either. I can also connect to the EA servers fine. (Although one point I couldn't connect loading u the game first of all) I have also followed your guide for opening up ports etc but this doesn't solve the problem.

I'm having the exact same problem! I think a lot of people are. No one on here seems to have an answer! Not even one of the EA guys who posts on here.

I have not been able to access wrap editor or paint any of my cars since I purchased the game. I also had the same problem with the beta. My screenshots also fail everytime I attempt one. The error message I receive is "Unable to load your custom wrap(s) from the the server. please try again." I contacted EA and I was sent port forwarding stuff that I completed, however, the problem still exists. Please help. PSN:NIZZYo , time zone: PST... I am only limited to the pre set wraps. This is very frustrating. I also get a lock symbol however I am level 31. Why would this feature be locked?

I just bought the game 2 days ago on PS4 and I experience the same issue since I bought it. I have opened the ports on my router as suggested but to no effect. I get the same error message as others have posted it and can't save my wraps (which is a real pity because driving a naked car is only half the fun). 

I have tried both a wired and wireless connection and have no other connection issues with any other game of piece of software. I hope there will be a fix for this issue soon (or at least the chance to save the wraps locally?). 

Also, the game never starts up in one go. By that I mean that the first time the NFS network is being loaded, it times out for me and it strangely enough only does connect me on the second try when I spam X and Square repeatedly. When I don't, it will just keep trying to load but never succeed. I don't know why the button spamming works, but it does.
