Need for Speed 2015 PC getting disconnected all time

Hi!

I have preordered the deluxe edition of Need for Speed 2015 for PC, and when it first got release in Sweden I wanted to play, and so I could... For about 4 minutes, after that I am getting disconnected, so I though it was just a lot of people wanted to play it, and I thought I could wait it out. Well it turns out I can't, still the same issue, I have googled for something to help me with this, but all I can find is for other games or people having issues directly when the game starts (Where to press "Space" to play, and "L" to exit). Even tried the connection tips from EA, and even tho I knew none of that would help me because my network in the house is already with "NAT type: Open" and the "UPnP: Enabled", tried other things like clear the dns cache, but neither did that work, and so I got here to see if anyone could help me if I tell you what is my issue. Still at this time, I can start the game, I can get into the game before the garage or driving, I can connect to a session so I get to my garage and to drive arround, but then after about 4 minutes every attempt, I am getting disconnected.

I guess it was just temporary since it seems to be working fine now, i have played for about 2 hours without interupption so something must have been wrong with the servers.

Are you getting disconnected or is your game crashing? I'm having the same issues but my game crashes after 5 minutes

No that's not it, the game still runs, just gets disconnected, it doesn't crash, just gets me to the "home menu" or what to call it.

Hi @loliipop1337

First of all ensure that your Firewall and/or Antivirus are not blocking the connection -NFS. The easiest way would be adding an exception for the Origin Client.You need to do this add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed ports http://help.ea.com/en/article/connection-issues-with-origin/#1

-clear DNS cache

- clearing hosts file

-restart your PC.

And now I would suggest you to perform a Clean Boot http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

Neither do the Firewall from my routers or PC block those ports, and my Antivirus program (Norton 360) isnt blocking them either, the DNS and Hosts file was included in the connection tips from EA, which I did try, and restarted my PC several times, still getting disconnected after 4 minutes of gameplay, and now I tried the "Clean boot" thing, just to get the same results as before which is 4 minutes of gameplay till I am getting disconnected and returned to the home menu in NFS.

See if your PC is tracking time correctly -check if yourTime / Date in your computer are correct .

Did try to reset YOUR router but your modem first ?🤔

Yes I first reset the fiber box where the fiber cable is connected to, then the router upstairs, and after that, the router downstairs, and my PC is connected throght Ethernet Cable.

Yes that was those steps that I followed before my first post here, and they did not work for me.
