Hi, No I just bought it today and it had this problem from the start.

My specs are more than enough to run the game.

@Beau_1991 Thanks for the info, as you say that system's up to the task. 

I do see that you're using some older drivers, can you try updating to 364.51 and check again?

Hi, I just updated my drivers and restarted my computer but still the same thing.

@Beau_1991 I see, can you try a Clean Boot and see if that has any effect on things?

I did the clean boot but that didn't work either ☹️

I have exactly the same problem! I contacted support 3 times, I did everything to resolve this, but nothing worked, i wasted my 60 euros for a game that isn't even working.

ITS WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just updated my Windows 7 and it also installed Service Pack 1 and now it working fine .:D

I have this problem too, I have tried updating windows and my drivers but somehow i can't get the game to run, I get to where my screen goes black when i start the game and then I get the message "need for speed has stopped working" and i'm not get any further please help me.
