If possible you should post the whole dxdiag file @alperst07 which is sometimes a few pages large.

  I couldn't send a photo of the part related to the sound and entrance . If needed, I can send it too. By the way, this error only occurs in this game, I play my other games normally

    Hey @alperst07 You should be able to export the dxdiag as a file instead of a screenshot, you can find a guide here.
