On XBox One, only select games are available for pre-order.
I don't have much information about that but I can only suggest keeping an eye on the Xbox One Store
i was thinking of pre-ordering the game for PC but im not sure if my computer can run it smoothly on ultra which is how i'd wanna play it. i cant find any page on the needforspeed website with this game's minimum system requirements. any help would be appreciated. thanks all
Those specifications will not be official until the game "goes gold", about three weeks prior to its release date. Roughly six weeks ahead of its release, unofficial preliminary specifications might or might not become public. Given those calendar limitations, you are three months too soon right now.
